There are many reasons why people love competing in triathlons. Some people are motivated by the physical challenge, others by the excitement of competing, and still others compete for the pride they feel at the end of a completed race.
Whatever your reasons, competing in a triathlon is a great way to test your fitness level and challenge yourself. The race has three sections: running, biking, and swimming. You will need various gear for each part of the triathlon, but there’s no reason to buy overpriced, specialized equipment to compete.
