Our support teams have received unprecedented volumes of contact over the past few weeks and have been working hard to provide timely support to our customers. We recognize that, in spite of our efforts, many customers have been experiencing long hold times on the phones and extended wait times for responses to their messages. In order to reduce the amount of time you have to wait before hearing from us, we’re closing our phone lines for one business day and responding to as many customer support messages as possible during that time.
How to reach customer support on Tuesday October 6, 2020:
While the customer support phone line will be closed on Tuesday October 6th, you can still reach us through a support message. If you need help with anything, please send us a note and we’ll respond as soon as we can. Our support line will be open again during our usual hours the following day (Wednesday, October 7th from 7am to 3pm PT).
