Resetting your passphrase or retrieving your username
You can reset your passphrase (aka password) or retrieve your username by clicking the respective links on the log in page.
If you need us to remind you of your username, we'll just ask for your email address. If you're re-setting your passphrase, we'll also ask for the phone number we have on file for you, and we'll send you a verification code via text message. Resetting your mobile unlock code
If you remember your passphrase and username, but you forget your mobile unlock code (the four digit code you use to log in to the app), you can reset it by logging completely out of the app and logging back in.
