Resetting your password or retrieving your username
You can reset your password or retrieve your username by clicking the respective links on the log in page. You will need to enter a two-factor authentication (2FA) code to change your password. The code will be sent as a text message to whatever phone number we have on file. For your security, you will need to contact us if your phone number has changed.
Resetting your mobile unlock code
If you remember your password and username, but you forget your mobile unlock code (the four digit code you use to log in to the app), you can reset it by logging completely out of the app and logging back in.
