Update Your Information

For the most accurate info, select your account’s partner bank.

Your partner bank is in your card number.

Check the first two digits: “40” means BBVA Compass, “48” means Bancorp. You can also sign in to Simple and check your “Account Numbers” screen.

Finding your account settings

Hover the mouse over your name in the upper right hand corner and select Account Settings.

Updating your address

  1. Click on the button below your home address to submit a new address.
  2. Enter your new address. Before you submit it, we'll verify it against the USPS address database.
  3. After you submit your new address, it usually takes us 1-3 business days to completely update it on our end. We'll send you a quick message when we're finished!

Updating your contact info

  1. Click on your email or phone number and type in the new info.
  2. Once you enter the new email address or phone number and click save, we'll send a text with an authorization code to the phone number we have on file for you. If you don't have access to that number, give us a call at 888-248-0632.
  3. Enter the code to save your new contact details.

Sometimes, you'll need to contact us

To add a mailing address or a beneficiary to your account, or to change your name or username, send us a support messagesend us a support messagesend us a support message. We may need documentation verifying the new information. If so, we'll let you know!

Resetting your passphrase or mobile unlock code

You can reset your passphrase (aka password) or retrieve your username by clicking the respective links on the log in page.

If you need us to remind you of your username, we'll just ask for your email address. If you're re-setting your passphrase, we'll also ask for the phone number we have on file for you, and we'll send you a verification code via text message. If you run into any trouble, just give us a call at 888-248-0632. We can help.

If you remember your passphrase and username, but you forget your mobile unlock code (the four digit code you use to log in to the app), you can reset it by logging completely out of the app and logging back in.
