Scheduled Activity

Scheduled Activity

What is "Scheduled Activity," and where can I find it?

Scheduled Activity displays upcoming transactions that you have scheduled through Simple. Payments that you're initiating through our bill pay service and transfers through External Accounts will be displayed here until they are processed.

To find your scheduled activities on the web, click Scheduled Activity. It's right below your Safe-to-Spend banner, and it'll only be visible if you have payments or transfers to view.

Timing

Upcoming bills that you've set up through our bill pay feature will appear under “Scheduled Activity” for 30 days before the payment is sent. Transfers will appear under “Scheduled Activity” as soon as they are created, and they will stay there until the transfer is completed. If it's a recurring payment or transfer, you'll only see the next scheduled payment or transfer in that series.

When a payment is sent or a transfer is completed, it'll move into your main Activity.

Can they be canceled?

Yes, depending on the timing. Learn all about it in the Canceling an External Account Transfer and the Editing or Stopping Payments articles.

Payments scheduled elsewhere

Debits that are initiated by merchants or other institutions will not be displayed in Scheduled Activity. If you’d like to pull funds out of your Safe-to-Spend so that you’ll have them on hand when one of these debits comes through, we recommend setting up a Goal. To learn more, check out the Making Goals article. We're planning a lot of tweaks and improvements to our Goals feature to make it even better for planning for regular bills and expenses—stay tuned!
