For the most accurate info, select your account’s partner bank.

Your partner bank is in your card number.

Check the first two digits: “40” means BBVA Compass, “48” means Bancorp. You can also sign in to Simple and check your “Account Numbers” screen.

What are "Scheduled Activities"?

Scheduled Activities are any upcoming transactions that you have scheduled through Simple. Payments that you're initiating through our bill pay service and transfers through our External Accounts feature will be displayed here until they are processed. On the web, you'll see your Scheduled Activities right after logging in.

Timing

Upcoming bills that you've set up through our bill pay feature will appear under “Scheduled Activities” for 30 days before the payment is sent. Transfers will appear under “Scheduled Activities” as soon as they are created, and they will stay there until the transfer is completed. Once these transactions are completed, they will move down into your main Activities list.

Can they be canceled?

Scheduled payments can be canceled when they're in your Scheduled Activities. Just click on the payment, select edit, scroll down, and click delete.

Scheduled transfers can be deleted as long as they haven't started processing. The process is exactly the same as canceling a payment: select the scheduled transfer, go to edit it, and then hit cancel. If you don't see this button, the transfer has already begun processing and it can't be canceled, but the other bank may be able to place a stop payment on it.

Payments scheduled elsewhere

Debits that are initiated by merchants or other institutions will not be displayed in the Scheduled Activities section. If you’d like to pull funds out of your Safe-to-Spend so that you’ll have them on hand when one of these debits comes through, we recommend setting up a Goal. To learn more, check out the Goals article. We're planning a lot of tweaks and improvements to our Goals feature to make it even better for planning for regular bills and expenses—stay tuned!

Scheduled transfers cannot be deleted on the iOS app, but they can be edited (just tap on the scheduled transfer to change the amount or send date). If you need to cancel a transfer, give us a call at 888-248-0632; or push the date out so you'll have plenty of time to cancel it the next time you're at a computer.
