Ready to get to know your spending habits really, really well? Meet Reports.

For now, Reports is only available on the web. You can use it to pull up an interactive line graph of your spending, income, and running balance, as well as a bar graph breakdown of categories and descriptions.

Reports also maps your spending over time. You can instantly see your average spending by day, week, month, or your entire life as a Simple customer.

  1. To view Reports, click the line graph button next to the search bar.
  2. This automatically brings up a graph of your transactions over the past 90 days. The green line indicates income, the red line indicates expenses, and the dotted line indicates your running balance. You can toggle the time span and the way transactions are grouped and displayed.
  3. Another breakdown will simultaneously pop up on the right side of the screen, showing your average spending over time. You can view this average by day, week, month, or for the entire life of your account.

  4. To narrow things down, try clicking on a merchant or a category, like 'Transportation'. You can also use search to filter your report for hashtags or keywords like 'gas'. This is a great way to track specific expenses.
