Lost or Stolen Cards

If you've lost your card or think it's been stolen, the first step is to get it blocked. This is reversible—if you find your card later, you can unblock it from the same spot you blocked it.

You will not be able to use a blocked card for purchases or ATM withdrawals, but blocking your card will not affect deposits or payments made with your account and routing numbers.

Blocking your missing card

  1. Mouse over your name in the upper right corner and select Your Simple Card. description

  2. From this page, scroll down and select Block Your Card. description

  3. Wait a moment.

  4. That's it! Your card is blocked.

  1. Head to the Account tab, and select Card Management. description

  2. Tap Block this card. description

  3. Enter your mobile unlock code and wait a moment.

  4. That's it! Your card is blocked. description

  1. Swipe right to pull up the navigation menu. From there, select Your Card. description
  2. Tap Block this card. description
  3. Enter your mobile unlock code and wait a moment.
  4. That's it! Your card is blocked. description

What if someone else has used your card?
