Resetting Your Simple Card PIN
If you’re having trouble remembering your PIN, or you’re worried that someone else might know it, you can reset it on the web or with the mobile app. Simple will never set a PIN for you. When you recieve your new card in the mail you will be prompted to create your own PIN.
- Mouse over your name in the upper right corner and select Your Simple Cards.
- Scroll down and enter a new PIN. Then hit Change PIN.
- That’s it! Your PIN has been reset.

- Swipe right to pull up the navigation menu.
- From there, tap Account details then Card Management.
- Tap Reset PIN.
- You'll be asked to enter your password. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it.
- Then enter your new PIN.
